All of life is impromptu, yet sometimes, the most difficult questions are the ones we aren't prepared to answer! Using real-world scenarios from your work, you’ll have the opportunity to practice impromptu question and answer techniques, and understand the value in each: restate, reframe and redirect. We’ll explore each method and offer tips you can use to answer questions 'off the cuff,' and even how you can say 'I don’t know,' in a way it helps you maintain credibility. And, we’ll briefly touch on impromptu presentation organization techniques.
