To validate your identify, you must know either your Student ID or SSN and your date of birth. Your SSN is no longer required to create an account so if you did not previously provide your SSN, you will not be able to use that option to look up your account information. If you know you previously created a student account but cannot look it up using the fields provided, please contact us for assistance.

Please attempt to lookup your account information before you create a new account. All of your training records are associated with your unique student ID number. If you create multiple accounts, you will not be able to print a transcript of your complete training history.
