Bid Procedure

Bids must be submitted online.

Click "Submit a bid on this item" under the bid item description.

Complete and submit bid form. Confirm bid.

Print bid confirmation, if you desire.

There is no fee to place a bid.

Items will be sold to the highest bidder.

Bids received after the specified auction closing date and time will be rejected.

Bid items are sold "as is" with no warranty or guarantee.

Bid items must be paid for and picked up within one (1) week after the auction closing date.

Bidders who fail to pick up and pay for a bid item may be prohibited from participating in future FVTC online auctions.

FVTC reserves the right to make changes to items posted for sale, if deemed necessary, up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the specified auction closing date and time. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the current bid price and amending their bids, if they so desire, before the auction closing date and time.

FVTC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and cancel the offer to sell bid items at any time.

The "current bid" will be updated automatically after you submit all required information and confirm your bid.

In case of a tie, winner will be determined by earliest bid.
Payment Procedure

FVTC will contact successful bidders by e-mail.

Prior to bid item pick up, successful bidders must pay for bid item at the Facilities/Operations Office, Room E160, Appleton Campus, 1825 North Bluemound Drive, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Bid Item Pick-Up Procedure
- You must call to schedule an appointment to pick up your auction item(s). Please call 920-735-2469 to schedule that appointment. Items can be picked up Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the main campus. Prior to picking up the item(s) you will need to pay your winning bid price plus 5% sales tax.
- Payment must be made by cash or check. Credit cards will not be accepted.
- To pay for your item(s), please come to Fox Valley Technical College main campus, 1825 North Bluemound Drive, Appleton, Room E160 (Facilities and Operations Office).
- Directions: Come in Entrance #6 (south side of campus), walk down the hall through the triple doors, go up the first short ramp, and take a left through the double doors. The Facilities and Operations Office (E160) is the first door on your left. You will be given a receipt when you pay for your item(s). You will need to show the receipt when you pick up your items at your scheduled time.
- Pickup can also be made up to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings by appointment only. Please call 920-735-2469 to schedule that appointment also. Payment must be made prior to Wednesday evening.
