Current and future command leaders serving in criminal justice agencies can benefit from this comprehensive professional growth opportunity. Through a series of eight one-week sessions over 12 months, you will learn about management and leadership, the planning process, resource allocation and budgeting, and how to build community support. You’ll also learn about hiring procedures, discipline, staff development and labor relations. In addition, the program will explore future trends and will highlight the 21st Century Policing Project. You will be ready to be an effective leader for your law enforcement agency.
