About the Training

These two 4-hour courses were developed to deliver a dual approach to examining the global diversity impact on traffic profiling and ethical policing. Participants engage in simulations that open animated dialogue exchange and informed decision making. These training courses are designed for patrol officers, field training officers, those who supervise patrol operations, law enforcement administrators, and supervisors/HR personnel.
