Why did you choose the IT Computer Support Specialist/ IT Desktop Support Specialist program?
I have had numerous computers, laptops and multimedia devices and have had many issues with them. I know technology advances at a rapid pace so I feel that being able to support and repair issues with devices will always provide me with employment.

What are you learning about your career field that you find interesting or rewarding?
I am learning that there is always new technology. The IT field is always changing and new things are being invented almost on a daily basis. I like the fact that my employment relies on what I learn and how I can help others problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Why did you choose Fox Valley Technical College?
I chose Fox Valley Technical College because I felt like the college offered me the best chance to succeed. The minority student services center helped me with the process of enrolling into classes, applying for financial aid and helping me get a head start on my education process.

What type of job do you expect to find after graduation?
I would like to work for a company that has a help desk center, where I can use my skills to help employees and the community.
