Begin your career in the food service industry with this technical diploma. You’ll learn how to prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, sauces, side dishes, salads and other food items in large quantities. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and deli are covered, as well as nutrition and sanitation. You’ll have plenty of opportunity for hands-on learning in this program. Put your apron on and start stirring up the good stuff.

With full accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission, we offer credit transfer agreements with more than 65 two-and four-year colleges.

Is a four-year degree in your future? Save time and money by starting here. You can earn your associate degree at Fox Valley Tech, then apply your credits toward a bachelor’s degree. Or easily transfer your credits to other two-year colleges.

  • The Food Service Production graduate will obtain National Restaurant Association (NRA) SERVSAFE sanitation certification and American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid, CPR & AED Certification.
