The primary focus of FVTC Health Services is prevention and care for illness or injury while on campus.

Health Services provides the following services to currently enrolled students:

  • Emergency first aid care.

  • Treatment for minor illness and injury so the student can return to regular activity, reach home safely, or be referred to a health care provider.

  • Tuberculin skin testing

  • Immunizations for measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), tetanus, and hepatitis B.

FVTC Health Service can also provide assistance to students who:

  • Are concerned about a health problem

  • Need assistance with a referral to a healthcare provider or other community agency

Immunization Records

If you received an immunization at FVTC your record is available at the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR). WIR is a great resource when looking for your shot record, no matter where you received your shots within the state of Wisconsin.
