About the Training

Do you know the stressors that lead to workplace violence?  Has your company experienced a traumatic incident in the workplace? Is your company prepared for incident recovery?

Knowing what to do in the immediate aftermath to assist those who are part of, or witness to, a traumatic incident can have a positive effect on emotional and physical recovery. Learn the impact of workplace violence as well as how to effectively manage your post incident workplace.

Who Should Attend

This training is intended for law enforcement and other emergency services, military, business/industrial personnel without formal training in mental health, HR, and peer support personnel, as well as mental health professionals who want to increase their knowledge of one-on-one crisis intervention techniques.
