This year's event pays tribute to four celebrated chefs: Paul Prudhomme, Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck and Auguste Escoffier. Dishes to include alligator fritters with red pepper remoulade; fry bread taquitos with jerk chicken, red cabbage jicama slaw and mango-habanero sauce; pommes marquis wild mushroom ragout; three-cheese crab macaroni; almond pithier leaf with honey cardamom sauce & much more.
