New Training: Spanish for Health Care

Ideal for both industry professionals and traditional program students, the new Spanish for Health Care certificate training at Fox Valley Technical College is designed to help bridge communication gaps between Spanish-speaking patients and health care providers.

The training covers more than a language component. Students will witness first-hand the cultural dynamics of health care facilities in Mexico or Costa Rica, as well as the challenges these entities face through an immersion experience.
