Instructor to Serve on New National Board

Jerry Antoon, criminal justice instructor in the Public Safety division at Fox Valley Technical College, was elected to the newly-formed National Electronic Alarm Association Apprenticeship Trust Board.

The board is responsible for overseeing the organization, education, and financing of a new national apprenticeship program for security alarm installers.

Antoon has served in FVTC's Public Safety division for 28 years as an instructor of criminal justice and security courses, in addition to overseeing all crime prevention and security training.  He has also worked as a police officer for nine years, which included service with the Los Angeles and Appleton Police Departments, respectively.  Antoon is also currently employed by the Wrightstown Police Department as a part-time crime prevention officer.
