Referendum Facilities Coming to Life

Bookmark and Share

In April of 2012, the region’s voters stepped up to say “YES” to Fox Valley Technical College’s facility expansion plans to meet the needs of regional employers through a public referendum. The referendum passed by a 2-1 margin, allowing the college to move forward to address several key facility upgrades, in addition to new construction projects.

The first two referendum projects that are being unveiled are the expanded Service Motor Company Agriculture Center (which includes a generous gift from Service Motor Company as a naming rights partner) and the three-story, newly constructed virtual hospital training facility, the Health Simulation & Technology Center.

Both of these facilities are located on FVTC’s Appleton campus.
