This certificate is intended to enhance the skills of individuals who would like to sell, represent, broker or market food products. Courses focus on food service management (Specifically controlling costs) and selling principles. Class offerings vary. Associate degree credits may be applied toward our Culinary Arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management programs.
