For experienced construction project managers, design professionals, and CMT program students seeking advanced skills in building information modeling.

  • Master skills in building design, material selection, and efficiencies between the design and installation process.
  • Evaluate construction effectiveness during design and prior to product installation. Practice preplanning including design and construction integration to provide clarity and constancy in schedules, budgets, safety, and quality.
  • Execute the entire building in a virtual model to evaluate and track schedules and expenses delivering a present day analysis and project forecast.
  • Perform clash detection, renderings, and walkthroughs of commercial construction design models.
