For people who have basic knowledge and experience in maintenance either from industry or from introductory courses in the Automated Manufacturing Systems program.
- Seek new employment or advance in a career field using automation principles and components.
- Complete courses in a nine-month time frame (August to May) by attending one all-day session (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) per week.
- Focus on advanced automation including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), sensors, software, robotics, motion control and motion systems, SCADA and the integration of multiple industrial devices.
- Transfer all twelve credits into an Automated Manufacturing Systems associate degree program.
- Day and evening classes available.
- Begin classes in the fall or spring term.
