ATCP 136 Air Conditioning Certification 

ASE CASE certified partners LogoThis four hour workshop will be devoted to the State of Wisconsin ATCP 136 Air Conditioning certification. The ATCP 136 certification is a requirement of all service technicians in the state of Wisconsin who service mobile air conditioning systems. A certificate of achievement will be awarded upon successful completion of the workshop. This certification is only required once for each technician. Please Note: Federal Certification does not satisfy the State of Wisconsin requirement for ATCP 136.

FVTC utilizes a number of experienced instructors for this class. Each instructor is certified and has extensive knowledge in his field of expertise.
Your primary instructor is:
Ken Kempfer—Automotive technology instructor at FVTC, is an I-CAR and ASE certified master automotive technician. He has a Bachelor and Master Degree through the University of Wisconsin. He also is an ASE certified undercar chassis and advanced level specialist, and has a Wisconsin and federal air conditioning certification. In addition to his 25 + years of experience in the automotive industry, he has extensive experience in collision repair and insurance training, finish matching, steering and suspension, glass replacement, electronics, aluminum repair, workplace hazards and automotive technician instruction.
