This is the FVTC Venture Center’s most interactive, impactful, business improvement process we’ve ever offered. We’re helping small businesses, non-profits and corporations design business models built for the future.
Is built on the successful Business Model Generation approach by Alex Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. You begin by learning how to design a business model that works, and then you’ll map your current business model and analyze it against the backdrop of your business environment. You’ll generate a S.W.O.T Analysis and armed with all of this information you’ll create new business models to drive growth.
Immerse yourself in the better art of entrepreneurial and small business management during an 8-week E-seed Express series. During these 8 interactive sessions, you’ll enhance your entrepreneur and personal maturity skills and develop a business plan to support and execute the new business model you’ve generated and build your professional network.Want additional training?
