Executive Search and Selection:
FVTC offers a comprehensive, cost effective, Executive Search service. We realize that selecting a chief of police is one of the most important responsibilities a community and its police and fire commission must face.

Law Enforcement Consolidation Studies:
Law enforcement consolidation is not new to WI law enforcement. It’s been a form of contention for those municipalities that are trying to find ways to better serve their communities with less money. FVTC has experienced staff that can research options, assess feasibility, and if appropriate, implement a plan for consolidated services.
Promotional Level Assessments (Supervisory, Command Staff and CEO):
FVTC Criminal Justice Division has also assisted many departments with promotional and Chief Executive Officer selection. Trained and certified assessors utilize agency specific – job related knowledge and abilities evaluation process.
