The workshop will provide an orientation to the National Strategy for deployment of Public Safety Wireless broadband and subsequent development of the Statewide Communications Interoperability Plan (SCIP) goals and objectives for stateside implementation.

Registration and Logistics

There is NO FEE to attend the workshop, however registration is required. The workshop is scheduled for 8:30am to 4:00pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Participants will receive 6.5 continuing training hours through FVTC.

One night of lodging (for the night of April 30, 2012) is available, and will be arranged, for approved participants traveling more than 50 miles one way. A second night of lodging (for the night of May 1) is available for approved participants traveling more than 150 miles one way. If you fit one of these criteria, please include your lodging request during online registration. Once your registration is processed, you will receive additional lodging information via email. The lodging location will be the Cambria Suites Appleton.
