Machine Tool

Welcome To Machine Tool Club

  • To become an active member of the machine tool club, there is a one-time fee of $5.00, payable upon entry into the program. You receive a ride and admission to either the Milwaukee or Chicago International tool show.
     

  • The machine tool club sponsors two (2) $250.00 scholarships each year to a student within the machine tool program.
     

  • To raise money for the scholarship fund and our trip to the tool show, we sell popcorn in the cafeteria. You will be surprised how much money popcorn sales can bring in. Students also take turns attending the Student Government Association meetings to keep the club informed on school activities. We also receive club funds for attending these meetings.
     

  • Some of our activities include a food drive challenge, a end of fall term pizza party, and end of spring term cook out.
     

  • There are four officer positions in the club. Any student enrolled in the machine tool program can run for these positions which are: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Officers are elected in the beginning of the fall semester.
