Wide Web Press Operations 

Who should attend
Seasoned wide web press operators who want to sharpen their skills will benefit from the intensive, hands-on learning experience. Students participate in the mounting and/or printing of both a two-color line and screen and a four-color process combination job for the flexographic printing process. Students are welcome to bring a print job to be used during the press runs.

Prerequisite:  “Basics of Flexo” seminar or one year of experience as either a plate mounter, press assistant or wide web press operator.

What you will learn
The flexographic printing process - Press components and location - Ink handling and management - Doctor blades and press settings - Mounting and proofing - Anilox theory - Documentation creation and development.

All materials, classroom learning, press runs, morning breaks, noon lunches & extras - $795/person
*Additional employees from your company registering for the same date pay only $695/person
