Wood Manufacturing Technology 

Pride, craftsmanship and deep personal satisfaction are words and feelings that have been associated with the woodworking industry for centuries. 

Wood Manufacturing Technology at Fox Valley Technical College in Oshkosh, Wis., is a full-time day program, delivered in a three-semester format, with entry in January and August as openings exist. The school year consists of five nine-week terms. The core curriculum is mainly hands-on woodworking training activities with students spending about 80% of their time in the lab.

The Wood Manufacturing Technology program will help you start building your career as a professional woodworker. Our intensive, hands-on training format, combined with your effort and pride will put you in a strong position to fill the many jobs available for skilled woodworkers in the industry today.
