Students feel comfortable and special here. They receive individualized attention from talented and dedicated faculty who help them find a career passion. Our students develop lifelong relationships in a great learning environment, and benefit from a strong track record of job placement. Even in this economic downturn, our recent job placement study shows that 85% of our alumni are employed within six months of graduation. If a four-year degree is the next step, credit transfer agreements are in place to help students pursue this option.
Never before has technical education been more important to the economic growth of our region. We are committed to providing graduates with careers and skills in high demand by our region’s employers, in addition to training existing employees in the workforce. The college works closely with many employers in the area to ensure relevant program curricula, to provide customized training, to connect our graduates with employment opportunities, and to ensure students are working with state-of-the-art equipment, technology, and processes. We are always interested in forging partnerships with companies and organizations using the latest technology and invite them to work with us to fulfill this critical mission for our communities.
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality technical programs and making our courses and services as accessible, affordable, and convenient as possible. Programming is offered at our campuses in Appleton and Oshkosh, regional centers in Chilton, Clintonville, Neenah, Waupaca, and Wautoma, and 14 adult basic education sites. In addition, the college offers customized training on-site in area businesses and through a number of flexible learning options.
