Our students receive individualized attention from talented and experienced faculty who prepare them for rewarding careers in today’s skills-based economy.
Even in a tough economy, our recent job placement follow-up studies show that 87% of our alumni are employed within six months of graduation. The earning potential of our graduates is at an all-time high. These studies also reveal that FVTC graduates have experienced a 41% increase in salary within five years of graduation. If the workforce isn’t the next step after graduation, then a four-year degree is a viable option thanks to several credit transfer options here in the region and beyond.
The College’s close connections to area employers help us create quality educational programs that are well-grounded in industry. They help provide high-tech equipment and technology, staff expertise, and work-based learning opportunities for our students. Employers also look to us to deliver customized training for their employees.
Fox Valley Technical College is dedicated to making its courses and services as accessible and affordable as possible for more than 52,000 people served each year. Programming is offered at our campuses in Appleton and Oshkosh, regional centers in Chilton, Clintonville, Waupaca, and Wautoma, and at numerous adult basic education sites throughout the region. In addition, the College has an office in Washington D.C. where it leads many national grant-funded efforts that address child protection, missing persons, tribal policing, and other law enforcement initiatives.
