Property Claims Adjustment 

This is a series of three property courses of which the focus is on providing a sound understanding of residential and commercial construction basics, i.e. terminology, practices and estimating.  

It is intended primarily for insurance adjusters (multi-line & specialized) and or contractors interested in gaining insight to this industry. Skills gained through classroom and hands-on activities increase the ability to scope losses, determine material quantities, assign accurate pricing or the ability to access additional information.
