English Language Learning (ELL) 

English Language Learning (ELL) is designed to provide training for adults whose native language is not English. Instruction from beginners to advanced can be offered at a company site. Training focuses on developing reading, writing, speaking and career skills in six levels of English language acquisition. Each level is designed to provide an academic environment in which to learn the English language as quickly as possible.

Fox Valley Technical College works together with businesses to provide skills-enhancement training for their employees. English Language Learning services can be arranged on-site in a flexible, individualized and self-paced format. Our English Language Learning services include:

• Improve idiomatic and conversational English;
• Assist employees with on-the-job English language and math requirements; and
  
• Offer customized vocabulary, forms and directions specific to a workplace.
