Auto Collision Repair

Auto collision repair training focuses on the use of tools and techniques needed to do repairing and replacing. Tools used include hydraulic body jacks, body hammers and welding equipment. Depending on the customized training, participants can gain actual experience in metal repair by working on damaged automobiles. Training places emphasis on the techniques of sanding, spray painting and body refinishing. The proper use of materials and correct application of various products are also taught. Training is also available for insurance claims professionals making repair and replace decisions through the FVTC Collision Damage Assessment Training program.
