IER- Operations, Technician
This training is designed for individuals who respond to situations with the expectation of using aggressive techniques to control the situation and/or stop a chemical release, as defined by 29 CRF 1910.120. The training includes lecture and hands-on experiences using equipment common to Industrial Emergency Response teams, including air-monitoring equipment. The participants don various items of protective clothing, including Level A. Participants will be involved with mock situations, including assessment and implementation of a response plan.IER- Operations, Refresher
This training is intended to meet the requirements for annual refresher training at the operations level, under 29 CFR 1910.120. The training serves as a review of the key topics introduced in the operations-level course. Focus includes hazard identification, spill containment and decontamination.IER- Technician, Refresher
