If required by your program, submit official copies of high school, GED or HSED transcripts. An official transcript must be in a sealed envelope from the high school and stamped with the school seal.

- Pharmacy Technician (Shared Program with LTC)
- Professional Communications (Providing original diploma for duplication is acceptable)
