Class Descriptions:


10 Minute Total Body: 10 minutes of diverse exercises to help combat stress, improve happiness, and get the most out of your day. This class will challenge any fitness level from beginner exerciser to seasoned fitness fanatic.

Calorie Cutter: This class is designed for those who like squeezing in awesome, yet difficult workouts in a short amount of time. We’ll push our limits by keeping your heart rate high and rest time low. You’ll leave feeling like you put in an hours worth of work! Suitable for all fitness levels.

Stress-Relief Stretching: Flexibility is a very important component of fitness and wellness as we age. This class helps you maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit by promoting relaxation and improving flexibility.

Core Galore - This class is for those who want straight core work! We’ll target all those muscles in the abdominal and hip region that help support posture and keep you feeling outright awesome! All fitness levels are welcome.

Boot Camp - The ultimate in total body conditioning combines athletic drills to promote muscular strength and endurance.  Empower yourself by shredding calories and improving fitness levels while having fun!

Zumba -
Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.  It is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.

Yoga - Yoga classes are the no stress workouts that condition core muscles. This class helps participants achieve better posture, leaner muscles and increased flexibility!

Cardio Kickboxing - Ready for a fun way to punch away stress and kick away anxiety? Then you want this class! We’ll improve health by having lots of fun with great music and kickboxing combinations!

*All fitness levels are encouraged to register for our group fitness classes!
Session 1: January 20th—March 7th (First-time Zumba / Yoga students receive registration discount at $10.50)
Session 2: March 17th– May 2nd

*The cost for Yoga and Zumba is $17.50 for students & $23.50 for staff — Please sign up in Student Life.
