An engaging, interactive course that enables participants to practice the basic Lean Six Sigma
tools in a classroom setting. Participants are introduced to
statistical software used for Six Sigma application. Leave training well-prepared to move on to Green Belt Certification training and project work to further application of Six Sigma skills for your organization. Six Sigma Yellow Belt is available as a seminar upon request.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Blended Classroom & Project Training
A
course that blends online, classroom and project-based learning into an
intensive Lean Six
Sigma learning experience. Participants practice the
DMAIC process by completing a mentor-supported Six Sigma project. Both scheduled certificate sessions and customized on-site
Green Belt Certificate options are available.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - 48 hours
Available to individuals who completed the Six Sigma Green Belt and
seek to expand their knowledge and skills in preparation for the ASQ
