Culinary Arts & Hospitality Instructional Team

With your degree, you may qualify for positions at the mid-management level in quantity food preparation and service for private, commercial and institutional establishments; perform as a cook responsible for preparation of all foods served in an eating establishment, master types of specialized food preparation, coordinate the work of the kitchen staff, or conduct chef and kitchen management duties such as purchasing and coordinating food preparation, hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff.

This program offers an associate degree. In this highly competitive field, those equipped with the necessary skills, training and experience will succeed. Jobs in this field are available with hotels, restaurants, private clubs, hospitals, cruise ships, supper clubs, colleges and professional business/industry accounts.

Apply online or stop in Enrollment Services at any Fox Valley Technical College campus or regional center, or call (920) 735-5645.

Complete the application and return it to us along with a $30 nonrefundable application fee.

Upon receiving your application materials, we will contact you to complete the admission process. All applicants are required to complete an academic assessment (ACCUPLACER) before enrolling in a program, but we will accept ACT test scores in place of ACCUPLACER.
