Career Exploration/Articulation Enhancement Award 

Fox Valley Technical College is pleased to offer each of our 29 in-district, public high schools the opportunity to receive $300 through the Career Exploration and Articulation Enhancement Award.


The Award may be used to support:

  1. High school transportation expenses for students/staff attending FVTC career exploration events
  2. High school expenses for purchasing FVTC Transcripted Credit class textbooks or software (first-time articulations only)
  3. High school articulation staff professional development activities (in-state only)

High School Process

Step 1
Complete the application and submit to the Office of K-12 Partnerships.

Step 2
Submit proof of expenses to Mary Hansen by Friday, May 3, 2013.

Documentation should be sent electronically (as an email attachment) to
Monies will be redirected if proof of expenses is not received by May 3, 2013.

Once processed, FVTC will send the award to your school district's Business Office (educators cannot receive direct payments from FVTC).

This Award is provided by a Wisconsin Technical College System Career Prep reserve grant through the Carl D. Perkins Career & Technical Education Act of 2006.

Perkins Career & Technical Education Act of 2006 are to supplement, not supplant, non-federal funds expended to carry out career and technical education activities. All allowable and non-allowable costs must comply with Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) circular 1-87.
