Food Protection Manager Recertification Course 


Prepares the participant to renew his/her Wisconsin restaurant food manager's sanitation certificate to meet the requirements of the Wisconsin Food Code. Students review skills, processes and their understanding of safe food preparation. They are advised not to take this course until there is one year or less left on the original certification period. There is no textbook required for this course.

Students must bring a photo I.D. to class for verification purposes and know their original certification number and expiration date. Call 608-266-2835 if you cannot locate your original certification number.

NOTE:
You have six (6) months from the expiration date of your original certification to take a recertification course & submit the paperwork to the state. If it has been more than six (6) months since your certification has expired, you will need to repeat the original certification course and process.

The registration fee is $21.42 / $9.20 for anyone 62 years or age or older.


Registration:

Advance registration and payment are necessary. Classes fill rapidly and students are enrolled on a first come, first pay basis.
