Description:
Demand Driven Materials Requirements Planning (DDMRP) is a leading edge philosophy that senses changing customer demand and adapting planning and production while pulling from suppliers all in real time. It is based off of traditional MRP, Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constrains knowledge, but adds in the emerging new science of Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS) to make the most robust world class supply chains possible. If your organization is struggling with poor customer service, high inventory levels, or poor production throughput, the DDMRP planning and execution method will help.
