Join Chef RC for a history tasting lesson on Cajun cuisine. Thought to originate in New Orleans, true Cajun (a three-pot affair of diced vegetables and meats served over rice) was created in 1755 with migration from Acadia, Canada to Southern Louisiana. Allow your taste palate to experience true Cajun.
The Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theatre is a state-of-the-art, tier-style room featuring numerous camera angles to provide you detailed preparation views. Professional chefs will prepare food and offer tips, and at the conclusion, you'll get to sample the dishes.
