Travel south of the border and explore true Mexican recipes that you will be able to create at home using spices and herbs to bring out flavors that will excite your palate. A short history lesson will be incorporated into the demonstration to help you understand Mexican food and its flavors.

  • Shrimp Cocktail w/ Avocado Dressing

  • Jicama and Cactus Salad 
  • Beer Battered Fish for Fish Taco 
  • Fish Taco 
  • Guacamole 
  • Mole Sauce 
  • Pico De Gallo (Salsa Fresca) 
  • Poached Chicken with Citrus 
  • Mole Pork 
  • Chili Verde

The Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theatre is a state-of-the-art, tier-style room featuring numerous camera angles to provide you detailed preparation views. Professional chefs will prepare food and offer tips, and at the conclusion, you'll get to sample the dishes.
