Annette Langlois Grunseth of Green Bay is a poet and advocate for human rights. She has published widely in journals and anthologies in the United States and Canada. Recent poems have appeared in Poets to Come Walt Whitman’s 200th Birthday Anthology, and From Everywhere a Little: A Migration Anthology and Bards Against Hunger. Her book, Becoming Trans-parent: One Family’s Journey of Gender Transition, published by Finishing Line Press, was nominated for a Pushcart Prize and the Society of Midland Authors Poetry prize.
She has earned awards for her poetry with Wisconsin Academy Review, Wisconsin People & Ideas and the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets. Learn more at annettegrunseth.com.
