Career Program: Business Management Age: 22 Hometown: Green Bay Current Residence: Appleton Attended FVTC: August 2012 through Summer 2014 Why did you choose the Business Management program? I chose Business Management mainly because I did not know what I wanted to major in yet. I knew I wanted to advance my education and maybe someday own my own business of some sort. What are you learning about your career field that you find interesting or rewarding? Business planning is a major thing I have learned while taking courses here. I’m also learning a lot about laws regarding business and human resources. Why did you choose Fox Valley Technical College? I chose Fox Valley Tech primarily to be able to play college basketball. Secondly, I wanted to continue my education outside of the Green Bay area. Basketball at Fox Valley Tech helped build an outside “family” and helped me gain a lot of memories and experiences. Also learning a lot of different things and getting different advice from instructors has helped me turn into a professional inside and outside of the classroom. What type of job do you expect to find after graduation? I actually plan on continuing my education in a different field. I want to go to school for physical therapy and hopefully after I get that degree, open up my own practice.
