2013 Outstanding Alumni Award Recipient

Stephanie Lietzau-Erdman has been named as the recipient of the FVTC 2013 Outstanding Alumni Award!

Stephanie graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2000 with degrees in both Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Tourism. After graduation, Stephanie was hired by Sysco Food Service where she held multiple roles, including business review consultant, which allowed her to use her education and experience to become an expert in restaurant consulting.

She is currently the director of operations for Milwaukee Harley-Davidson’s Ride Entertainment Group, where she is responsible for the operations of five restaurants and two Harley-Davidson dealerships.
Stephanie continues her involvement with FVTC as a member of the Culinary Arts Advisory Committee and the Cultural Cuisine Pre-Critique Committee. She is also a frequent guest speaker for the Culinary Arts Club.

The annual award recognizes an FVTC graduate who has demonstrated the value of technical education through career advancement, community service, continued personal and education growth, and support of the technical college system.
