Chef Jeff Igel, Greenville, culinary arts instructor and founder of the Chefs Gone Grillin’ mobile grilling food lab at Fox Valley Technical College, published a cookbook entitled, Cooking with Chef Jeff.
The books are $20 each and available at the FVTC Bookstore inside entrance 10 (Appleton campus), Wire Whisk, Bulk Foods, Landreman’s Family Restaurant in Kaukauna, the Meat Block, and at all Community First Credit Union locations throughout the college’s district.
All proceeds will go toward culinary arts and business division scholarships at FVTC. The book was conceptualized by students in FVTC’s FOXperts Club, representing the Administrative Professional, Office Assistant, and Business Management programs.
