1) Be sure to answer "YES" to APICS membership during the enrollment process and type "Applied Materials" in the box instead of an APICS member number to get the discounted rate.  This will notify FVTC to bill your course fee to the standing purchase order.

2) After registration a welcome letter will be emailed within a day or two. Once received, you will start the class immediately being assigned to an instructor for 12 weeks.

3) Upon registration, you are required to purchase an APICS Participant Workbook. Please pay for the book, then submit for reimbursement via the usual AMAT expense report process.
