Fox Valley Technical College received a 2024 Paragon Award from the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR) at the council’s national conference in New Orleans in March 2025. 

The college won a silver award in the Communication Success Story category, recognizing the marketing team for its work on telling the story of a mom and son who graduated together. 

The 2024 Paragon Awards drew 1,570 entries from 205 colleges across the country and was judged by 59 professionals from the marketing and public relations industry. 

NCMPR’s Paragon Awards recognize outstanding achievement in design, strategy and communication at community and technical colleges. It's the only national competition of its kind that honors excellence exclusively among marketing and public relations professionals at two-year colleges.
