Charles Spoehr joined the District Board in 2019. He has worked in the residential and commercial construction industry for over 29 years.
He has served as the recording secretary on the Carpenters Local 955 Executive Board for over 17 years and works as a commercial carpenter for Miron Construction.
Prior to his current position, Spoehr started his career as a residential carpenter while completing a four-year carpentry apprenticeship at FVTC in 1999. He has worked for Oscar J. Boldt Construction as a commercial Carpenter and Foreman, North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters as a Business Representative from 2011-2023 and instructor at the Carpenters International Training Center from 2015-2023.
Spoehr and his wife, April, have three adult children, Eric, Morgan, and Lindsey.
