Paul Merryweather is the Vice President / General Manager for the Welding Accessories and Cutting Division at Miller Electric. Miller is one of the world’s largest manufacturer of arc welding products headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, and wholly owned by Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW).
Paul began his career with Illinois Tool Works within the automotive industry, where he held a variety of leadership positions prior to relocating from the United Kingdom to Chicago in 2015. In 2019 he and his family relocated to Appleton. Paul has been heavily involved with United Way campaigns and organizations. He understands the positive impact we play within our communities.
In addition to community organizations, Paul is a dedicated supporter of ITW Employee Resource Groups such as; the African American Network, ITW’s Women’s Network, Pride at ITW and Young Professionals Network. He recognizes the importance of engaging talent at work and in our communities that bring together diverse groups of people.
Paul is an avid competitive road cyclist and a car restoration enthusiast.
