Chilton Regional Center

The Chilton Regional Center offers a variety of services and courses designed to meet your continuing education needs. For your convenience, you can stay close to home and still choose from many credit and non-credit classes, along with a full range of support services to help you succeed. Credit courses may be applied to associate degree, technical diploma or certificate programs. Numerous non-credit courses are offered for self-enrichment. Courses are taught on site and in other locations, including Hilbert, Stockbridge, Sherwood, and Brillion, as well as courses in the "Heart of the Valley," which consists of the Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, Freedom, Seymour, Oneida and Black Creek communities. Over 90 adjunct instructors provide courses that are responsive, flexible and accessible.

Facility Resources

Fox Valley Technical College's Chilton Regional Center offers a variety of services for students and the community. The facility includes: 

  • Eight classrooms with seating capacity for 30 students

  • Two computer labs one with 15 computer workstations and one with 20 computer workstations

  • Medical Lab

  • Internet access

  • Two Interactive Television classrooms

  • Industrial bay

  • Seminar/training room with capacity of 50 or more

  • Classrooms and labs are available for rent by area businesses for meetings

  • ABE Learning (Adult Based Education) classroom

  • Center lounge with vending machines

Adult Basic Education (ABE)

Adult Basic Education (ABE) prepares students to complete their high school credential. Build reading, writing, math, science, social science and study skills. 

All ABE classes are available at the Chilton Regional Center.

Computer Training

The FVTC Chilton Regional Center offers classes in the morning, afternoon or evening throughout the year. Call for a day and time that will be convenient with your personal schedule. Courses are offered for credit or noncredit. Senior citizens (62+) receive a reduced fee for tuition for some courses.

Business Technology Center (BTC):

  • Practical Office Software

Computer Classes - Instructor Led:

  • Introduction to Computers for the Absolute Beginner - In this 12-hour course, students will become familiar with computer components and learn the basics. Instruction will be given for working with software, utilize on-line help, file manager and printer setup. Students gain exposure to MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Introduction to the Internet

  • Introduction to Personal Computers

  • Technology Project Open Lab

  • Technology 101 Computer Series I/II
