EAA is Great Exposure for Aviation Program

While more than half a million aviation fans will spend the week walking the grounds of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) AirVenture, the college is using this opportunity at EAA to connect with future students interested in aviation-related programs.

FVTC aviation and admissions staff have been a fixture at the EAA’s Education and Career Center where they’re sharing program details with visitors. With a workforce shortage of commercial airline pilots, it’s a great time to explore a career in aviation.

FOX11 recently reported on the extent of the pilot shortage and what FVTC is doing to manage a high level of interest in the college’s aviation-related programs.

EAA AirVenture continues through July 30. You can visit FVTC Aviation staff in the Education & Career Center, booth E15.
