Industrial Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Fox Valley Technical College can deliver the Industrial Maintenance certificate and troubleshooting customized training covering many of the duties maintenance personnel encounter, including:
* AC/DC circuits, solid-state devices, electrical circuits, capacitors and contractors
* Motor controls, sensors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
* Hydraulics and pneumatics actuators, valves, pumps, accumulators, and proportional control
* Plant power distribution including single phase and three phase systems, transformers, motor control centers (MCCs) fuse sizing, and similar distribution applications
* Mechanical concepts such as belts, gears, bearings, couplings, and fasteners
