Office 365 Student Login

Login Instructions:

Username: Your username for signing in to your Office 365 email is your nine-digit student ID number followed by "@fvtc.edu" (example: 123456789@fvtc.edu).

Password: Your password is the same password you use to log in to your MyFVTC Account.

How do I get an FVTC email account?

All students will automatically receive email accounts when applying for admission or signing up for classes or training.

Students are defined as anyone who is program declared (Associate Degree or Technical Diploma) or anyone taking a class, course, or training session from FVTC.

What is my email address?

The FVTC email address you share with others is NOT your student ID number. Instead, it is a combination of up to the first eight letters of your last name, followed by the last four digits of your student ID number. 

You can view this by logging in to your MyFVTC Account and navigating to Email Addresses in the lower right.

How do I reset my password?

1. Go to your MyFVTC Account.

2. Click on the "Reset Your MyFVTC Password" link.

Why is there nothing in my inbox?

Sign in to your MyFVTC Account and edit your email preferences. You likely have another account set to be your preferred account, so all of your FVTC email is bouncing to your other personal email accounts.

We recommend that you make your FVTC email address your preferred address so you don't miss any email from us.

 

How do I manage my Email Subscriptions?

If you would like to unsubscribe from a Fox Valley Technical College’s email list please follow the steps below.

How can I sync my email to my mobile device?

You can access your FVTC email via your Android device (phones and tablets) or any iOS device (iPhones and iPad). While each phone is different, the process to get your device ready is the same.

How long do I get to keep my email account?

Accounts will be automatically removed after three consecutive terms of no class activity.

SECURITY REMINDER & TIPS

  • FVTC will never ask you to send your password in an email or send you an email to sign-in to our email system.  

  • DO NOT check 'Keep me signed in' option if you are using a public or shared computer.

  • Close your browser when finished.
