New financial aid students:
- Must be accepted into a financial aid eligible program for the current aid year
- Must complete the FAFSA for the current aid year
- Must be enrolled in at least one credit for potential PELL eligibility and at least six credits for loan eligibility
- Will be notified via mail of the summer award amounts. The award will be viewable on your MyFVTC account. Students receiving loans must accept or decline the loan award in the financial aid section of the MyFVTC account.
Continuing financial aid students:
- Must be accepted into a financial aid eligible program for the current aid year
- Must have remaining financial aid eligibility for the summer term
- Must be enrolled in at least one credit for potential PELL eligibility and at least six credits for loan eligibility
- Will be notified via email of the summer award amounts. The award will
be viewable on your MyFVTC account. Students receiving loans must
accept or decline the loan award in the financial aid section of the
MyFVTC account.
Summer funding will be awarded automatically for eligible students once criteria has been met, beginning sometime around mid-April. Please contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions:
